The property consists of three separate, private spaces. Each has its own private parking and entry. There are no shared interior spaces. The only shared space is the exterior back area, where the creek meets the yard. Each space is professionally sound proofed using soundproof insulation, additional drywall, special hangers and pink noise to help eliminate the idea anyone else is even within miles. We don’t have complaints in this area often; two times in 3 years and both were due to guests enjoying the midnight sun on the decks later in the evening. The layout is such -- no.1 3bd|2ba (sleeps 8), no.2 2bd|1ba (sleeps 6), no.3 1bd|1ba (sleeps 2).

Units No. 1 and No. 2 each have three steps at the entrance from the front parking area. Once inside, the entire main level is accessible without further stairs, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, and a deck overlooking Campbell Creek. The only space requiring stairs is the laundry area, which is on a separate level in each unit.

Within moments of reserving, you will receive an email with your reservation and our contract to review. Additionally, you will receive messages 7 days and 3 days prior to your arrival. The first will re-confirm the reservation dates. The second will include ALL important stay information - address, parking details, access codes, Wi-Fi details, property information, my information.

Yes, but prior approval would be required. Depending on the event, the entire property (all three spaces) would need to be reserved to ensure the privacy of the event.
No. No pets are allowed. This space is animal allergen-free. The cleaning crew uses a clean canister in the vacuum after each check-out to ensure no animal hair is present.

No problem at all! The property is well lit, has private parking directly out front and coded entry so arrival at any time is as easy as arriving in the afternoon.
Yes. Guests should be thoughtful of their noise in and outside the property from 9pm to 8 am as much as possible. Our guests are great, and we have only had two issues with noise in the past 3 years. Both were resolved with a quick message and were only attributed to the ‘offender’ being unaware. When it is sunny at 11pm time can get away from us all… We expect respectful guests, whom respect the other quests and the property, but truly want our guests to enjoy their stay and not worry about piling the linens, etc.
I’ve heard Airbnbs come with a chore list. – Not this one; have a sweet vacation! Please don’t leave anything personal (chargers, bathroom, food if wanted) behind, lock up when you leave and give us a heads up you are checking out. That’s it, just like a hotel. Easy peasy.
